All of our domestic shipments are made via USPS Priority. Depending on where you are located in the US, Priority shipping can take anywhere from 1-3 days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number.
You are given the choice between USPS First Class International shipping (10-21 business days) and USPS Priority International Shipping (6-10 business days). Please note that we strongly recommend USPS Priority International shipping over USPS First Class International shipping. Typically, once a First Class package leaves the US, it becomes untrackable and completely in the hands of the destination country's postal service/customs. Deakin cannot be held responsible for any packages held in customs, or for any customs duties owed. When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number.

Shipping fees are non-refundable
Because most of our pieces are made to order (and we are a very small team!), please allow 7-14 days production time. If a particular item is in stock and ready to ship, it will say so in the item description and will ship in 1-3 days.
We cannot accept returns on wallets or bags at this time. If your item fails due to normal wear and tear, we will happily repair or replace it for you (repairs are made on a case-by-case basis).
We will accept returns/exchanges under the following guidelines:
-Item must be returned in original, unused condition within 14 days of receipt. We will not resell anything that appears at all used and cannot accept an item that is not up to our standards, so please contact us immediately if you are considering a return.
-If you would like to return an item, please contact us to see if your item qualifies. We will send return instructions along with your return authorization.
-Upon receipt of the item, it will be inspected for any wear/damages. If the item looks like it did when it left our workshop, the value of the product will be refunded. Please do not send product back without proper authorization. Unauthorized items will not be accepted & returned to sender.
If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact us immediately with photos and a description of the problem. Please note that some repairs may incur charges for parts/materials.
